利用层次分析法进行水电站多目标方案选择

摘要 本文以某水电站装机容量选择为例,说明利用层次分析法求解大系统,多层次问题的综合评估方法。作法是先将一个大系统、多层次、多目标问题进行归纳,使之系统化、条理化,再用特定的处理手段将各层次中各个因素两两对比,最后得出一个整体评估指标,以实现装机方案的优选。 This article uses the selection of the installed capacity of a power station as am example, to illustrate the method of the synthetical evaluation, which uses the layer analysis method to solve the multi-level and large-system problem. That is to say first of all, regulate a large-system, multi-level and multi-objective question so as to make it systematic and methodic; then, compare every two factors among various levels with a kind of special means; At last, come to an integrated evaluation index to realize the optimum seleetion of installed capacity scheme overall.
