摘要
我省堤防体系已初具规模,如何巩固和提高堤防工程的防洪标淮,以适应圩区经济发展关键是促进实现堤防工程的良性循环。本文就江西省情,探讨堤防工程实现良性循环的条件。
The system of the protective embankment have been contructed on a certain scale in our province. How to consolidate and raise the criterion of flood prevention for the protection embankment works, to suit the rapid development of China's economy. The key to the settlement of the question lies in realizing the good circle of protection embankment works. In combination with the circumstances of our province, this article studies the condition of realizing a good circle for the protective embankment work.
