摘要 以固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2为催化剂、浓硝酸为硝化剂对甲苯进行硝化,探索了不同条件下催化剂对甲苯转化率和硝化定位的影响。结果表明,在催化剂用量为硝酸质量的10%,反应温度55℃,反应时间3h,以硝酸质量1%的浓硫酸作底酸的最佳条件下,甲苯转化率达81%,邻硝基甲苯与对硝基甲苯之比为0.91。催化剂可以通过焙烧再生。 The nitration of toluene using solid superacid SO42- - /TiO2 as catalyst and nitric acid as nitrating agent was studied. Some effects of the reaction conditions on the conversion of toluene and the ratio of o - nitrotoluene to p - nitrotoluene ( o/p ) of the product were discussed. The optimum conditions of the nitration were determined as follows:amount of catalyst 10% (based on the quantity of nitric acid) , reaction temperature 55℃ , reaction time 3 h, amount of ground acid H2SO4 1 % (based on the quantity of nitric acid) . Under these conditions, the conversion of toluene was more than 81 % and o/p was 0.91. The catalyst could be regenerated by roasting.
