摘要
针对四角喷燃型锅炉、煤种为王庄矿低硫煤所产生粉煤灰 ,做了水泥掺合试验研究工作 ,并进行了规模生产。在取得符合国标要求合理配比方案的基础上 ,发现利用粉煤灰做水泥掺合材料 ,使水泥粉磨能力提高 15 %~ 2 0 % 。
Based on the experimental research of using coal ash,produced with low sulfur coal burnt in the quadrilateral injection burning boiler,as the blending material in cement production,which has come into scaled production,this paper presents that with the reasonable formulation scheme which is in accordance with the national standard, the cement milling capacity will be increased by 15%~20% by using coal ash as the blending material, which in turn will bring out great economic benefit.
