摘要
散热器性能标准试验台的核心问题是提高控制和检测系统的精度和准确度 ,测试小室室内温度的稳定控制以及温度、流量的准确测量对于这一问题起着关键作用。结合某试验台的改造 ,重新开发了试验台的硬件系统和软件系统。应用VB开发的软件系统拥有方便的人机交流可视化界面 ,结合硬件系统自动实现温度测量、稳态判断、流量采集和数据处理等功能 ;轻松实现数据库操作和通讯操作 ;结合模入模出接口板 ,实现自动测试的所有功能 ,提高测试的精度和准确度 ,减少因人员因素而造成的测量误差。
The key factor of a radiator thermal performance test-bed is to improve the precision and accuracy of its control and inspection system. It is concerned with the stabilization of air temperature in test-room and the nice measurement of temperature and flux. Combined with the alteration of a radiator thermal performance test-bed, hardware and software systems of the test-bed were empoldered afresh to improve the precision and veracity of the test. The software system was empoldered in Visusl Basic, and it has a visual interface which facilitates the intercommunion between the user and computer. Combined with the hardware system, the software system can accomplish tasks such as temperature measurement, balance estimate, flux collection and data management etc. It can accomplish data-base management and communication management easily. By means of an analog input/output module automatic testing is realized. It improves the precision and veracity of the test and reduces the measurement error caused by artificial factors.
