摘要
江苏省为实现全省范围内的公共文化均等服务,建设了全省性的公共数字图书馆服务平台。"江苏省数字图书馆服务全覆盖"项目坚持"公益性、基本性、均等性、便利性"原则,以"政府主导、图书馆承建、数字资源供应商合作"的方式进行构建,通过网站、移动APP、微信、大屏触控等方式,提供了基本的数据资源服务。以期解决好薄弱地区公共数字图书馆均等化的服务要求。
