摘要
项目管理在各行各业都有所应用,本文分析了图书馆实行项目化管理的必要性和意义,并以宁波市图书馆荐购系统项目为例,提出了公共图书馆实施项目的步骤,论述了项目管理理论与图书馆实践相结合的办法。
the project management has been applied in all professions and trades, this paper analyzes the necessity and significance of project management in library, and taking Ningbo city library recommendation system project as an example, put forward the implementation of the project of the public library steps, discusses the construction practice of project management theory and method of combining the book.
