摘要
本文阐述了网络链接的定义,论述了深层链接与著作权保护、商标权保护、反不正当竞争等问题,提出了网络链接中知识产权纠纷的解决对策。
This article elaborates the definition of the network links and the problems of deep chains, the protection of copyright,the protection of trademark rights and anti-illegitimate competition.It also points out the countermeasure of disputes with respect to intellectual property rights in network links.
