本文从文化权利和图书馆文化的内涵入手,论述了图书馆在充分实现公民文化权利过程中的重要作用以及构建"以人为本"图书馆文化的必然性,并对如何构建"以人为本"的图书馆文化进行了探讨:
The paper starts with the concept of cultural right and library,culture,and then discusses the importance of library during the course of realization of cultural right and the inevitability of the construction of human-oriented library culture.The author studies how to construct the human-oriented library culture.
