摘要
冒充人民警察抢劫犯罪具有极大的社会危害性,其成因错综复杂。公安执法的不规范给这一类犯罪人有了可乘之机,分析当前冒充警察抢劫犯罪的特点、原因,从犯罪预防的角度对公安执法问题的再思考,应进一步加强公安执法规范化建设。
Pretend to be police' s crimes of robbing have great social harmfulness, the origin cause of formation is intricate. It gives opportunities to these criminals. Analyzing the characteristic ,reason of that pretending at present, and considering the problem of enforcing the law from the angle of crime preventing, we should strengthen the standardized construction of enforcing the law.
