摘要
分析了Ca2+的作用机理,当矿浆中Ca2+浓度适中时,能强化煤泥的浮选和凝聚效果.Ca2+与水分子生成的六水络合物[Ca(H2O)6]2+在颗粒表面吸附或与气泡吸附,破坏双电层,使颗粒表面和气泡表面疏水性提高,从而改善煤泥浮选和凝聚效果.钙离子在煤泥水系统中循环,生产中节省药剂费用.Ca2+浓度小时效果不明显;Ca2+浓度较大时,与水生成的亲水性物质在颗粒表面上小部分吸附或沉淀,恶化浮选效果.但由于静电吸引,凝聚效果变好;硫酸钙用量太大时,生成的亲水性物质和没溶的硫酸钙会在颗粒面上大面积吸附、沉淀,颗粒间产生静电排斥,凝聚效果变差.
The influence mechanism of Ca2+ on flotation and coagulation of slurry was analyzed,Ca2+ with moderate concentration in pulp can bring about a striking effect on flotation and coagulation of slurry. [Ca(H2O)6]2+ that is synthesized from Ca2+ and H2O absorb to the surface of particle and bubble, which will destroy the electrical double layer, increase the hydrophobic and improve the effect on flotation and coagulation of slurry. Meanwhile, Ca2+ can more in endless cycles in the slurry system, which will spare a lot of production cost in medicament. When the concentration of Ca2+ is low, the effect on flotation and coagulation of slurry will not be obvious; On the other hand, when the concentration of Ca2+ is high, the hydrophilic mineral that is synthesized from Ca2+ and OH- will be absorbed or precipitated to the surface of particle, which will worsen the effect of slimes flotation. But the result of slurry coagulation will be better because the static electricity attract. When CaSO4 get more, the produced hydrophilic mineral and CaSO4 that has not be resolved will be absorbed and precipitated to the surface greatly, resulting in static electricity exclusion between particles and worse coagulation effect.
