摘要
为了提高基准型直流信号源的性能指标和性能价格比,利用8098单片机优异的芯片资源和少量外围器件,在普通开发工具和调试设备的支持下,实现了信号源系统总体性能的提高.论述了系统设计的结构、原理和工程实施等关键问题.该信号源系统有3个输出通道,各通道的输出模式可分别设定为0~5v,0~100mv或0~20mA,测试结果表明,输出电平与设定值之间的误差达到10-3,直流信号的纹波系数不大于5×10-4.
In order to improve the performance and the ratio between perform an ce VS. price of reference DC source, by using salient hardware source of chip 80 98 and simple outside devices with general debugging tool a new referential DC s ource was developed. Some key issues, such as structure design, principle and en gineering implement were described. Three output channels of source, 0~ 5 v, 0 ~ 100 mv and 0~ 20 mA, can be set upup. Debugging results show that the preci sion of source can be 10-10 and the ripple ratio does not exceed 5× 10-4.
