在中性溶液中,Hg(Ⅱ)与1-(2-吡哆醇偶氮)-4-苯磺酸(PAS),形成1:1的红色配合物,其吸收峰λmax=525nm,据此提出了Hg(Ⅱ)的分光光度测定法。摩尔吸收系数λ=5.5×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-)·Hg(Ⅱ)量在0~70μg/25mL符合比尔定律。
A new simple spectrophotometrie method for the determination of micro amounts of mercury has been developed. The procedure is based on reaction of the pyridoxinazo-pbenzene-sulfonate (PAS) with mercury(Ⅱ) to produce a red colored complex having absorbance maximum at 525 nm. The molar absorptivity is 5.5×10~4 L·mol^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed in the range 0~70 μg/25 mL for mercury(Ⅱ). The method was found to be free from interference of large amounts of Lead (Ⅱ). This makes possible the determination of micro amounts of mercury(Ⅱ) without separation of lead(Ⅱ).
