China’s membership in WTO brings about a profound revolution t o China’s high-tech industry.We have to face fierce competition in high-tech industry.The author puts forward some countermeasures in developing China’s h igh-tech industry,such as improving national innovation system,realizing the industrialization of high-tech,developing capital market,setting up instituti ons of risk investment ,and devoting major efforts to exploit human resources, etc.
