摘要
介绍了柔性机构的分类、构成;叙述了柔性机构特别是全柔性机构的特点 柔性运动副是组成柔性机构的关键元素,对它的研究是研究柔性微动机构的基础 因此重点介绍了柔性运动副的研究现状,特别对柔性转动副———交叉杆式柔性铰链、裂筒式柔性铰链、悬臂梁式柔性铰链等的结构、特点、应用进行了较详细的说明 并且对柔性运动副研究中目前期待解决的关键问题。
The compliant mechanisms especially the classification and the composition of the fully compliant mechanisms are described in the paper. The advantages and disadvantages of the compliant mechanism compared to the traditional ones are listed. The study of the kinematicpairs is prerequisite to the study of the microrobot. The recent research work on the compliant kinematicpairs is introduced. The structure, the characteristics of the compliant rotations especially the crossaxis flexural pivots, the splittube flexural pivots, and the cantilever flexural pivots are described. Finally the existing problems and the application fields for the compliant kinematicpairs are discussed.
