摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效及其安全性。方法选取高县人民医院2017年7月—2018年7月收治的妊娠期高血压患者64例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组患者给予硫酸镁溶液治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后24 h尿蛋白定量、血黏度、血细胞比容、脐动脉收缩压与舒张压比值(S/D)和脐带血流阻力指数(RI),并观察两组患者不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血黏度、血细胞比容、S/D及RI比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血黏度、血细胞比容、S/D及RI低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重不良反应发生。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效确切,可缓解患者临床症状,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine for gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 64 cases of patients with gestational hypertension were selected from July 2017 to July 2018 in Gaoxian People’s Hospital,which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,32 cases in each group.The control group were treated with magnesium sulfate solution,while the treatment group were treated with nifedipine controlled-release tablets based on the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.24-hour urinary protein quantification,blood viscosity,hematocrit,S/D and RI before and after treatment were measured.The adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in 24-hour urinary protein quantification,blood viscosity,hematocrit,S/D or RI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the treatment group of 24-hour urinary protein quantification,blood viscosity,hematocrit,S/D and RI were lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine for gestational hypertension has definite clinical efficacy,it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and with high safety.
