摘要
目的观察人工肩关节置换术治疗肱骨近端骨折的围术期护理及康复指导效果。方法选取2015年2月-2016年2月在该院行人工肩关节置换术的肱骨近端骨折患者17例,对患者围术期进行护理和康复指导,比较患者手术前后的neer评分并用X线观察患者的假体情况,观察患者术后出现的并发症。结果患者neer评分在手术后高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);X线片显示患者的假体未出现脱位,仅有3例患者出现并发症。结论围术期护理和康复指导在人工肩关节置换术治疗肱骨近端骨折中有重要作用。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance of arthroplasty in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures. Methods Selected 17 cases of the proximal humerus fractures with arthroplasty in the hospital from February 2015 to February 2016,the patients were given with perioperative nursing and rehabilitation guidance. Compared the neer scores before and after surgery,and observed the patient's prosthesis by X-ray,observed postoperative complications.Results The neer score of patients after operation was higher than before operation,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). X-ray displayed no dislocation of prosthesis patient. Only 3 cases patients had complications. Conclusion Perioperative care and rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures have an important role in the treatment of shoulder joint replacement.
