摘要 目的观察重组人红细胞生成素(rh EPO)对脑出血(ICH)大鼠血肿周围白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响,探讨rh EPO对大鼠脑出血后血肿周围脑组织的保护作用。方法将90只SD雄性大鼠随机分为假手术组、ICH对照组及rh EPO治疗组各30只。评估3组术后各时点血肿周围脑组织IL-1β含量。结果 ICH对照组与rh EPO治疗组在12h、1d、2d、3d的IL-1β含量均显著高于假手术组相应时点的IL-1β含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ICH对照组和rh EPO治疗组在12h、1d、2d、3d时的IL-1β含量高于其他时点,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中以2d时最高,但其与12h、1d、3d的水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);rh EPO治疗组在1d、2d、3d的IL-1β含量显著低于ICH对照组相应时点的水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rh EPO可减少ICH大鼠血肿周围IL-1β含量,减轻血肿周围脑水肿,对ICH后脑损害具有保护作用。 Objective To analyze the effect of recombinant human erythropoietin( rh EPO) on the IL-1β of the hematoma in intracerebral hemorrhage( ICH) rats,and to investigate the protective effect of rh EPO on the brain tissue around hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Methods 90 SD male rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,ICH control group and rh EPO treatment group. To evaluate the changes of peripheral edema in patients with sham operation group,30 rats in each. the content of IL-1 beta in the brain tissue around hematoma of three groups were determined at 12 hours and1,2,3,7,14 days after operation. Results The content of IL-1β of ICH control group and rh EPO treatment group at 12 h,1d and 2d,3d were higher than that of sham operation group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the content of IL-1βof rh EPO treatment group at 1d,2d and 3d were lower than that of ICH control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rh EPO can reduce the content of IL-1β in the hematoma around ICH,and reduce the edema around the hematoma,which has a protective effect on the brain damage after ICH.
