摘要
目的观察中西药联合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛患者的效果。方法将恶性肿瘤骨转移患者34例随机分为观察组和对照组各17例,2组患者均按照三阶梯止痛药选择的方式予以常规的骨转移疼痛治疗,对照组在常规止痛治疗基础上采用唑来膦酸注射液进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入骨痛灵方中药治疗。采用VAS(疼痛评分)和KPS(生活质量评分)评价2组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果治疗前,2组患者的VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均降低,且观察组VAS评分下降程度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者的KPS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组KPS评分均升高,观察组患者的VAS评分提升幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为88.2%显著高于对照组的64.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西药联合治疗法能够有效改善恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的临床疼痛症状,在恶性肿瘤骨转移疾病中具有良好的治疗效果,提升了患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination of western medicine on pain of malignant bone metastasis.Methods 34 cases malignant bone metastasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 17 cases.2 group were treated by three step painkillers in conventional treatment of painful bone metastases.Control group were treated by zoledronic acid injection on the basis of conventional pain treatment.Observation group were treated by Gutongling Chinese herbs on the base of control group.Compared the VAS score and KPS score of 2 groups.Results Before treatment,the VAS score of 2 groups was no statistically significant( P > 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score were decrease,and the observation group were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Before treatment,the KPS score of 2 group was no statistically significant( P > 0.05).After treatment,the KPS score were increased,and the observation group were higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).The total effective rate of observation group( 88.2%) was higher than that of control group( 64.7%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05).Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment method can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of pain in cancer patients with bone metastases,has a good therapeutic effect in bone metastatic disease,enhance the quality of life of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
