摘要
目的探究逍遥散联合卡培他滨治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取老河口市中医院2012年6月—2015年6月收治的晚期三阴性乳腺癌患者79例,随机分为对照组(n=39)与观察组(n=40),对照组采用单纯卡培他滨治疗,观察组采用逍遥散联合卡培他滨治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及毒副作用发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为30.0%(12/40),高于对照组的10.0%(4/39),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.7659,P<0.05)。观察组毒副作用发生率为7.5%(3/40),低于对照组的25.6%(10/39),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.7207,P<0.05)。结论逍遥散联合卡培他滨治疗晚期三阴性乳腺癌有较好的临床效果,可降低毒副作用发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of xiaoyao powder combined with xeloda in the treatment of advanced three negative breast cancer. Methods A total of 79 patients with advanced three negative breast cancer were admitted from June 2012 to June 2015 in Laohekou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which were randomly divided into the control group( n = 39) and the observation group( n = 40). The control group was received simple xeloda therapy,the observation group was received the xiaoyao powder combined with xeloda treatment. The treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 30. 0%( 12 /40),which was significantly higher than 10. 0%( 4 /39) of the control group,the difference was significant( χ~2= 4. 7659,P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7. 5%( 3 /40),which was lower than 25. 6%( 10 /39) of the control group,the difference was significant( χ~2= 4. 7207,P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xiaoyao powder combined with xeloda have a better clinical effect in the treatment of advanced three negative breast cancer,and it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
