摘要
目的分析6个月内婴儿不明原因哭闹的影响因素。方法选取2014年4月—2015年4月大化县人民医院接收的正常足月儿及产妇350例。在产妇完成分娩5d内及分娩后6个月对产妇开展问卷调查并分析6个月内婴儿不明原因哭闹的影响因素。结果婴儿出现不明原因哭闹36例,占10.29%。不明原因哭闹婴儿每天哭闹≥1h,每周哭闹≥1d,持续7周,平均哭闹时间为(2.2±0.1)个月。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,孕妇孕期对工作与夫妻生活兴趣下降或者彻底丧失、存在孤独感、较易出汗、母亲对婴儿的表现较为苦恼、孕妇自觉身体疼痛增加与6个月内婴儿不明原因哭闹有关(P<0.05)。结论孕妇在孕期及分娩后产生的负性情绪会导致婴儿不明原因哭闹发生率增高。
Objective To analysis the influencing factors of unexplained crying of 6 months baby. Methods A total of 350 normal full term infants and maternal puerpera were selected from April 2014 to April 2015 in Dahua County People’s Hospital,the influencing factors of unexplained crying of 6 months baby were analyzed by questionnaire survey after parturition of 5days and 6 months. Results There were 36 cases of Babies appearing unexplained crying,accounted for 10. 29%,and the crying duration time was an hour a day at least,every week showed 1 day crying at least,and average crying time was( 2. 2± 0. 1) months; multi- factor analysis showed that the influencing factors of unexplained crying of 6 months baby were mainly because of pregnant women during pregnancy loss interest in work and life,more intense loneliness,sweating more easily,mother to infants more distress and the consciously physical pain( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pregnant women showed negative emotions during pregnancy and after childbirth will cause the unexplained crying.
