摘要
目的探讨前列地尔联合银杏达莫治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2012年10月—2013年10月安阳市安阳地区医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者66例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各33例。观察组患者给予前列地尔联合银杏达莫治疗,对照组患者给予银杏达莫治疗。观察两组患者治疗后脂联素水平、24h尿蛋白排泄率、尿蛋白及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者脂联素水平高于对照组,24h尿蛋白排泄率、尿蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前列地尔联合银杏达莫治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效显著,能有效提高脂联素水平,降低24h尿蛋白排泄率及尿蛋白水平。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with Yinxingdamo in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 66 diabetic nephropathy patients in the Anyang District Hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,33 cases in each group. Observation group were given alprostadil combined with Yinxingdamo,The control group were treated with Yinxingdamo. Before and after treatment adiponectin,24 h urine protein excretion rate and urine protein,incidence of adverse reactions between the two geoups were observed. Results Treatment adiponectin of observation group was higher than control group,24 h urine protein excretion rate and urine protein were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant differences between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of alprostadil combined with Yinxingdamo in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy are significant,it can effectively improve the treatment adiponectin,reduce the 24 h urine protein excretion rate and urine protein.
