数据库是信息资源开发的基础 ,也是现代信息咨询业的重要支柱之一。图书馆作为社会信息系统的重要组成部分 ,负有建设、开发、利用文献信息资源的责任。民族高校图书馆应发挥优势 ,建立具有自身特色和优势的特色数据库。
Data-base is the foundation for the development of information resources and for modern information industry.As a component important part of information system of the society,the library has the responsibility to construct ,develop and make full use of infoemation resources,and the libraries of minority universities should take their own advantages to build data-base with specialities.
