摘要
简要分析余热正火对曲轴基体组织及力学性能的影响 ,实现生产中在 85 0℃开箱 ,并经吹风喷雾强制冷却 ,可获得 80 %以上的珠光体基体铸件 。
Effect of heat remained normalizing technics on matrix structure and mechanical property of bend axes is analyzed. The result shows that it would achieve 80% pearlite and increase comprehensive mechanical property through coolinga forced by means of a draught and spray when we open mould box at 850 ℃.
