工程项目建设具有一定的风险性,具有复杂性、多变性、履约周期长、金额大及市场竞争激烈等特征。因此,建设单位应认真分析工程项目建设各阶段特别是招标投标阶段的法律风险因素,回避和预防工程风险的发生。
The Project construction have a certain risk, including complexity, changeability, long performance period, large amount of money and sharp market competition features. Therefore, the construction units should be carefully study all kinds of law risks factors especially in tendering and bidding, to avoid and prevent the occurrence of project risks.
