摘要
主要从组织行为的角度探讨了企业 (尤其是国有企业 )中存在的隐性人才退化问题。认为陈旧、落后的完全以控制束缚为手段和目的的管理理念是造成人才退化的重要原因。提出建立释能型用人机制 ,通过建立职业生涯规划。
The problem of talents degeneration concealed and existed in enterprises,especially state owned enterprises,is studied mainly based on organization's conduct in this paper.It is deemed that outdated management philosophy which absolutely aims at controlling is the key reason of talents degeneration.The mechanism of talents choosing,which can release abilities,is suggested to establish.Talents degeneration can be resolved through the way of establishing career project as well as perfecting.
