摘要
改革开放 2 0多年 ,我国小企业获得了逢勃发展。但在这 2 0多年中 ,我国从政策上、理论上对小企业的发展问题都重视不足 ,与西方国家相比 ,我国小企业 ,特别是非公有制小企业 ,是在国家并没有扶持(甚至还有很多政策壁垒 )的情况下发展起来的 ,还存在很多问题亟待解决。加入 WTO后 ,我国小企业所面临的挑战和机遇并存。该文针对小企业存在的主要问题进行了分析 。
Small enterprises have gained rapid development since the open-door policy. But government has not paid due attention to the development of small enterprises either on theory. Small enterprises, in particular,non-public small enterprises,have developed quickly without governmental support, or even meeting with many barriers. Comparing with western developed countries, in china many problems are waiting to be solved. Since China's re-access of WTO, challenges and opportunities exist together for small enterprises in China. This article analyses major problems and presents her own views.
