摘要
港口地理信息系统是实现港口信息化建设的基础平台,是提高现存货运港口运行效率和服务水平的有效方式。结合目前货运港口的实际业务需求,提出了港口地理信息系统的设计思路,对港口地理信息系统的功能进行了研究,并结合WebGIS、组件等技术提出了港口地理信息系统的实施对策。
Port Geography Information System is the basis of the port information construction and an effective way to enhance the existing cargo port's working efficiency and service level.Accordig to the practical operation requirement of the cargo port, the plan to design Port Geography Information System is put forward, and the function of Port Geography Information System is studied.The countermeasure of the Port Geography Information System is given combined with the technique of Web Geography Information System, Groupware Technique,etc.
