摘要
本文报告12年来共治疗退行性腰椎滑脱症80例的结果。男25例,女55例,年龄32～83岁,平均58.1岁。滑脱部位发生在L_4者55例(68.8%),Ⅰ°滑脱76例,前滑脱66例,后清脱14例。全部主诉腰背痛,45例伴有腰腿痛,25例合并有腰椎管狭窄症,4例有马尾神经压迫症,66例经保守治疗,14例施行了手术。随访时间1～11年,平均4.5年,均获满意效果。本文对本病的病因、病理改变、诊断和治疗方法进行了讨论.
Over the past 12 years,authors have treated 80 caees of degenerative spondylolisthesis.There were 55 females and 25 males with age ranging from 32-83 years and an average of 58.1 years.The slipping occured more frequently at the interspace betweenthe L_(4～(?))(55 cases),slipping grade I°76 cases.Forward slipping 66 cases,back slipp-ing 14 cases.Almost all had low back pain,and 45 cases with sciatica,25 Cases withspinal stenosis 4 eases with cauda equina compression of the series.66 cases were treatedconservatively and the other 14 were operated upon adequate decompression by lamine-ctomy 11,partial laminectomy 2,Spinal fusion 1,posterolateral fusion 3,and removalof disc was done in 5 cases,The overall results of treatment were quite satisfactory.A discussion was given to the etiology,pathological changes,diagnosis and methods oftreatment.
