摘要
“以德治校”是贯彻“以德治国”思想的一项基础性工作 ,有十分重要的战略意义。“以德治校”关键在于制度建设 ,要突出师德建设 ,要构建网络德育的新体系 ,要体现“以人为本”的思想。
Managing school by moral'is the fundamental work of carrying through the idea of'governing a nation by moral and is of great strategic significance.The key to the idea,managing a university by moral,lies in the system construction:it should stress the construction of the instructor moral,structure strongly the new system of the construction of moral education through internet and embody the idea that'people are the root'.
