摘要
本文分析了企业的出现以及中小企业为什么会大量存在的客观根据。由于交易效率的提高,企业会“从无到有”。但交易效率的变化,又告诉我们并不是任何企业在任何条件下都要“从小到大”,以至有一天不再有中小企业了。正是交易效率的变化解释了企业的发展历程和中小企业存在的合理性。从组织试验的角度看中小企业对经济的贡献也是十分显著的。
This paper analyzes the appearance of the corporations and the reasons why there are so many mid-mini-corporations.Corporations are set up because of their efficiency.It is not necessay that every corporations should exist in any situation with the change of the business efficiency.The mid—mini— corpoeations will disappear some day in the future.It is the change of the business efficiency that can give us an explanation to development and existence of the mid—mini—corporations.According to the organization of the mid—m—corporations we can see it's remarkable contribution to economy.
