摘要
折流杆式换热器自1970年问世以来,经30多年的研究开发和工程实际应用,被认为是有前途的高效换热设备。良好的抗震性能和低的壳程阻力和高的换热效率是其显著特点。由于其管束组装难度相对较大,折流杆式及管子的外径偏差要求较严,致使制造成本较高,且因制造误差使折流杆式换热器的抗震性和换热效率降低,从而阻碍了推广应用。该文提出的准椭圆截面折流杆及管束组装工艺可有效地弥补上述不足,以促进折流杆式换热器在我国的广泛应用。
Since 1970 the baffle rod heat exchanger came out, the development and engineering actual application had been for 30 years, it was recognized that it was high efficient hopeful heat exchanger.
It had the obvious features of good resistance to vibration, low shell side resistance and high heat exchange efficiency. Owing to the difficulty of bundle assembly was relative larger, the serious requirement of the outside diameter deviation for baffle rod and pipe, it made the fabrication cost be relatively higher. And the fabrication deviation made the resistance to vibration and heat exchange efficiency of baffle rod exchanger decrease, and hinder the spread and application of heat exchanger. The quasi-elliptic section baffle rod and bundle assembly process given by this article can remedy effectively the weakness mentioned above, and promote the extensive application of baffle rod heat exchanger in our country.
