摘要
介绍了房产地籍管理系统的开发。将房屋、空间几何信息、结构化属性信息、地籍信息和其他相关信息融为一体进行统一管理。用MFC和ObjectARX等技术建立了用户化绘制环境和地理几何实体特征的标识。用ODBC和数据库等技术实现空间数据和属性数据相互驱动查询,实现在网络环境下总部与下级部门和下级部门之间的数据交换。本系统已投入实际使用,效果很好;易于扩展,有较强的辅助分析和决策能力。
This paper reports the research and development of the management system for the real estate and cadastre, with geographical data, configuration attribute data, cadastral information, and other relevant information manageably integrated. The system architecture, data structure, interconnection establishment between geographical primitives and database attributes are also detailed. The real estate environment identified with geographical characteristics is displayed in userfriendly graphics, by using MFC and ObjectARX techniques. The interdrive and retrieval between the geographical data and attributive data are realized by ODBC. Data browsing, updating, and exchanging among the headquarter, lowerlevel, and each others within the lower level can be processed conveniently via web. Currently, this system is operating effectively, easy to expand and powerful in assisting analysis as well as decision.
