摘要
1997年6月和11月湛江市2例艾滋病患者先后死亡,其致死原因均与机会性感染有关。这2例病人均为出国劳务人员,其感染艾滋病的来源均在国外,传染途径均为性接触的可能性最大。建议在国境口岸开展艾滋病监测活动中,应将出国劳务、经商的归国人员列为监测重点。
Two AIDS cases in Zhanjiang city were died in June and November, 1997, respectively, the fatal cause was related with opportunistic infection. The two cases were labours who went abroad, the source of infection with AIDS was at abroad, the most possible contagious way was sexual contact. It suggested that returned people who worked or did business at abroad should be surveillanced emphatically during the activities of AIDS surveillance in the port.
