摘要
目的 :对甲状旁腺的形态、位置及变异进行观察。方法 :观测了 5 2具成人尸体 (男 4 4 ,女 8)的甲状旁腺。结果 :甲状旁腺多为 4个 (4 8 0 8% )。平均长度为 5 89± 0 98mm ,宽度为 3 5 9± 0 5 8mm ,厚度为 1 74± 0 5 3mm。甲状旁腺按形状可分 3型 ,以长椭圆形多见 (6 3 4 3% ) ,扁圆形次之 (2 8 5 7% ) ,不规则扁圆形最少。结论 :上一对甲状旁腺位置比较恒定 ,而下一对甲状旁腺位置变异较大。本研究可为甲状旁腺瘤或增生摘除术等提供解剖学依据。
Objective:The shape,location and variation of parathyroid glands were studied.Methods:The parathyroid glands were observed on 52 adult cadavers(male44,female 8).Results:In the majority, there existed four pieces of parathyroid gland for each cadaver. Their length was 5.89±0.98mm,width was 3.59±0.58mm,thickness was 1.74±0,53mm.There were 3 kind patterns according to their shapes.Most of them was lenthy-ellipsoid (63.43%), flatround shape was next (28.57%), the irregular flat-round shape was the least.Conclusion:This study indicated that the location of superior parathyroid glands were constant,while the inferior glands were variable.This study supplies an anatomical data for excision of parathyroid tumor and hyperplasia.
