摘要
目的 :研究海带多糖 (LJP)对小鼠脑组织脂质过氧化反应的影响。方法 :将小鼠分为灌胃生理盐水的对照组及灌胃 4个不同剂量海带多糖的给药组 ,连续灌胃 10d后 ,以密闭缺氧实验观察在常压缺氧条件下 ,小鼠脑组织中脂质过氧化产物 (LPO)的含量变化情况 ,比较几种主要抗氧化酶的活性。结果 :不同剂量的海带多糖均能有效降低LPO含量 ,提高抗氧化酶的活性 ,以 5 0mg·kg- 1 剂量组效果最好 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :海带多糖具有抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the anti lipid peroxidation effects of the Lamianria Japonica Polysaccharide (LJP) on brain homogenates of mice. Methods: The mice were divided into one control group and four medication groups. Treated with 0.9% natram chloride and different doses of LJP for 10 days respectively,the changes of lipid peroxide (LPO) and the activities of some main antioxidative enzymes were assessed under the laboratory condition,hypoxia and normal pressure. Results: LJP could decrease obviously the contents of malonic aldehyde (MDA) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG). Meanwhile,LJP could also significantly increase the contents of reduced glutathione (GSH) and the activities of glutathione peroxides(GSH Px),superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT)(P<0.05). And the effect of LJP 50 mg·kg -1 was the most significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: LJP has a remarkable effect of the anti lipid peroxidation.
