摘要
针对 ZJ1 5型钻机底座采用高速档钻进时振动强烈的情况 ,对该型钻机底座进行了模态测试、振动测试与分析 ,指出钻杆、变速箱、万向轴、转盘输入轴等设备是其主要振源 ,并对钻机底座的设计制造提出了改进建议。分析结果在实际生产中得到应用 。
In order to determine the cause of the severe vertical vibration of the ZJ15 rig substructure while drilling with a high rate.Modal tests and vibration measurements of the substructure are made under two drilling rates.The results of modal and vibration analysis show that the main cause of the vibration is that the working frequency and its diploid frequency of the cardan shaft are close to the vertical natural frequencies of the substructure. A suggestion about the modification of the design and manufacture of the rig substructure is made.
