摘要 济南分公司糠醛精制装置于 1992年 5月建成投产 ,主要以临商原油的减压馏分脱蜡油为原料 ,设备腐蚀严重。在 1994~ 1996的两年内 ,设备 4次腐蚀穿孔 ,6次短期停工。装置腐蚀主要是由糠醛氧化生成糠酸引起的腐蚀、糠醛结焦引起的缝隙腐蚀和糠醛相变引起的空泡腐蚀。在溶剂回收系统采取充氮保护措施 ,减少糠醛酸的生成 ,使用KQ - 1缓蚀阻焦剂控制结焦 ,尽可能减少弯头和变径管防止空泡形成和抽提塔填料改用 18- 8不锈钢耐蚀材质等措施 。 The furfural refining unit in Jinan Petrochemical Company, which came on stream in May, 1992, mainly treated the dewaxed vacuum distillate from Linshang Crude and equipment suffered severe corrosion. The unit experienced 4 corrosion failures and 6 outages within 2 years from 1994 to 1996 because of the corrosion. The corrosions were the corrosion from the furoic acid produced from the oxidation of furfural, the crevice corrosion caused by furfural coking, and the bubble pitting from the phase change of furfural. One overhaul in every three years has been realized when the nitrogen was injected into the solvent recovery system to reduce the formation of the furoic acid, the KQ-1 corrosion and coking inhibitor was applied to control the coking the elbows and pipe reducers were minimized to prevent the formation of air bubbles and the packings of the extractor was replaced with corrosion resistant 18 8 stainless steel packing.
