软件开发企业研发人员频繁流动给企业造成重大影响和巨大损失。文章分析研究了研发人员的人力资源特点与频繁流动的原因,并在此基础上提出应对措施。
The frequent transfer of employees in software companies produces a great effect on the companies.As a result, these companies are suffering a heavy loss.The article expounds the characteristics of these employees and the reasons for their frequent transfer.
