摘要
认真实践“三个代表”重要思想是高校确立正确办学思想的重要前提。地方高校要在自己的层次上办出特色和水平 ,要从发展先进生产力的高度认识自己的责任 ;要用发展先进文化的思想 ,推进校园文化和学生素质建设 ;要从满足广大人民群众根本利益的高度 。
Conscientionsly implementing the important thought of the 'Three Represents' is a key presupposition for running school in highe r learning institutions.The local universities should run schools with their own characteristics and standards and understand their own responsibility from t he height of developing advanced productive forces;They should promote campus cu lture and construction of students quality by the thought of developing advanc ed culture;They should run schools well from the height of meeting the essential needs of the people.
