摘要
贾谊的政治思想是与秦汉中央集权新体制紧密相连的。贾谊论秦之过的重点落在秦“不改暴政”上 ,暴政是由“弃礼义”造成的。因而 ,他为汉王朝制定了实施“仁义之政”和重建“礼制”的汉政和汉制。这正是其政治思想的核心 ,也是贾谊为汉王朝制定的“治安策”。
Jia Yi's political thought is tightly linked with the new system of Qin-Han Centralization.The stress of Jia Yi's discussion about the errors of Qin Dynasty falls on that Qin Dynasty 'did not change the tyranny', the tyranny was made by 'abandoning rite and morality'. Thus, for Han Dynasty he had constituted Han policy and Han system to actualize the 'policy of benevolence' and to reestablish 'system of rite'. It is actually his core of political thought., it is the 'policy of public security' Jia Yi has constituted for Han Dynasty as well.
