摘要
本文分析了高校后勤企业在后勤社会化改革大潮中人力资源开发与管理所面临的形势,探讨了高校后勤企业人力资源管理的对策,阐述了在后 勤社会化过程中高校后勤企业人力资源管理对企业长远发展的作用。
This paper has analyzed the management and development of the human resources in university logistic enterprises after social reformation. It focus on discussing the measures and the role the human resources management will play during the process of logistic socialization.
