摘要
目的 研究青霉素G钾制备青霉素G亚砜的工艺。方法 采用偶氮二甲酸二乙酯 (DEAD)与3 0 %H2 O2 组成的催化氧化体系。结果 通过正交实验确定了最佳反应条件为 :反应温度 0~ 5℃下 ,投料比1∶1 5 ,双氧水浓度为 3 0 % ,青霉素G钾与DEAD的摩尔比为 1∶0 5 ,溶剂采用水 +相转移催化剂 ,收率为40 0 %。结论 产物的红外图谱与青霉素G亚砜标准品一致 ,收率低于过氧乙酸氧化法 ,但不产生含酸废水。
To study the method of potassium penicillin G preparation, a system of DEAD catalyzed H 2O 2 oxidations was employed for oxidation of potassium penicillin G. The optimum reaction conditions of diethylazocarboxylate (DEAD) catalyzed H 2O 2 oxidations were determined. Results showed that when the temperature is 0~5℃, the concentration of H 2O 2 is 30%, the molar radio of penicillin G/H 2O 2 is 1∶1 5, the molar radio of penicillin G/DEAD is 1∶0 5, water and phase transfer catalyst were choosed as solvent, the final yield of the reaction reached 40 0%.
