摘要
《史记》之“本纪”、“世家”和标题义例历来颇多争论。然就殷周秦三“本纪”之处置而言,显然由原始察终、见盛观衰之创作原则决定,项、吕二“本纪”则出于对历史事实的尊重。而“世家”义例标准有二:一需具备世代传袭之家或世代相继之事业;二需有事可纪。至于标题名号,虽非暗含微意,亦绝非率意标题。
Scholars have had divergent views on some standards ofBen Ji,Shi Jiaand their titles in the book Shi Ji(Historical Records).This paper argues that the working of Ying Ben Ji,Zhou Ben Ji and Qin Ben Ji is determined by the creative principle of foreseeing the end and decline at the beginning and flourishing.The writing of Xiangyu Ben Ji and Nütaih ou Ben Ji is out of the respect for the a ctual situation.There are two standards in Shi Ji:one is the aristo critic pedigree of the leading role o r the undertakings lasting over two g enerations.The other is that the lea ding role must have great cause.
