摘要
本文从跨文化的角度探索新形势下的英语教学,阐明了语言与文化的关系、中西方文化的差异,以及中学生常犯的跨文化交流方面的错误和原因,并就当前英语教学中存在的问题提出了一些解决的办法。
The thesis is centred on the research of English approaches required by the new curriculum from cross - cultural point of view, explicating the difference between China and Western countries as well as the relationship between language and culture and the reasons why Chinese students make some mistakes on cross - culture. Based on those mentioned above, the writer points out some solutions to the present problems in English language teaching.
