摘要
基于对天津市获得国家科技部科技型中小企业技术创新基金的企业的问卷调查 ,对科技型中小企业发展的现状、基本特征以及存在问题进行分析 ,并结合存在的问题和国内外相关理论 ,提出了科技型中小企业进一步发展的若干建议和对策。
Based on the questionnaire survey of the small and medium-sized S&T enterprise which got the technology innovation funds awarded by the Ministry of Science and Technology, this paper analyzes the development status-quo , the basic feature and existing problems of these enterprises, and then according to the existing problems and the related theories both at home and abroad, this paper comes up with some suggestions and countermeasures as to the further development of small and medium-sized S&T enterprises.
