摘要
河南农业面对国际市场竞争的严重挑战,比较劣势与比较优势并存。要提高河南农业的国际竞争力,应从改革现行农业管理体制,按比例优势原则调整农业产业结构着手。
Henan agriculture has the comparative weakness and the comparative superiority, facing the international competitive challenge. In order to improve the international competition ability of Henan agriculture, we should reform the present agriculture management mechanism and adjust the industry structure according to the comparative superiority rule.
