摘要
黄河淤背区的存在 ,对确保黄河防洪安全有着重要意义 ,但淤区的水土流失现状堪忧 .通过对淤区水土流失成因、机理以及如何合理开发治理的分析探讨 ,提出了防治淤区水土流失的措施 .在发挥其防治效益的同时 ,也应重视开发种植效益 。
The existence of the silt area in the back of the Yellow River dikes is of great significance to preventing flood and keeping security of Yellow River.However,the present condition of soil erosion in the silt area is very serious.The measures are given, of preventing soil erosion to keep its intact,developing benefit of planting while giving play to benefit of flood prvention to improve the ecological environment of the silt area in the back of the Yellow River dikes by analyzing and discussing the cause and mechanism of forming soil erosion and rational development and management.
