摘要
通过HG-1172/17.2-PM2型锅炉的燃烧调整试验,掌握某些因素对锅炉热效率的影响情况,认为调整燃烧器摆角、炉膛出口氧量、磨煤机投运方式,可以提高锅炉热效率,使锅炉达到最佳运行状态。
The effect of some factors having effect on the thermal efficiency of the boiler was investigated through combustion adjustment test of boiler HG - 1172/17. 2 - PM2 ,and it is concluded that the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be improved by adjusting the swing angle of burner, amount of oxygen at the outlet of combustion chamber, and the operating mode of the coal grinding machine to put the boiler under its optimum operating condition.
