摘要
在 10 0 0ml的圆锥形玻璃罐中 ,在盐度为 2 5‰ ,小种轮虫每天的投喂量为 2万个小球藻 /轮虫的相同条件下 ,通过控制不同的温度 (2 2℃、2 5℃、2 8℃、32℃ )研究其对小种轮虫产生休眠卵的影响。实验结果表明 :在高温 (2 8℃、32℃ )条件下所产生的休眠卵量明显高于低温 (2 2℃、2 5℃ )条件下所产生的体眠卵量 (P <0 .0 1) ,在 2 8℃条件下所产生的休眠卵量最高达到 5 90 0 0± 910 0个 /l。
Brachionus rotundiformis(formerly called S-type)were cultured in the 1000ml glass cones with 25ppt seawater,fed by chlorella with density of 20,000 cells per rotifer per day .The effect of different temperatures (e.g.22℃,25℃,28℃and 32℃)on resting egg production of rotifers was studied.The result showed that the amount of resting eggs produced at higher temperature (e.g.28℃ and 32℃)were significantly higher than that produced at lower temperature (e.g.22℃ and 25℃)(P<0.01).The amount of resting eggs produced at 28℃ reached the level of 59000±9100eggs per 1000ml .The above results provide the scientific evidence on the large scale resting egg production of S-type rotifers.
